Our three comfortable apartments in Bressanone/Valle Isarco meet high living standards and offer plenty of space for 2 to 6 people to relax, dream and enjoy the view.
All the apartments receive plenty of sunlight and feature large kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms, and the furniture is almost entirely in fine solid wood.
The balcony and terrace afford a stunning view of the town of Bressanone, the beautiful Valle Isarco and the Dolomites in the glow of the setting sun.
While the comfortable living room is the perfect place to chat with friends.

The Orchidea apartment is located near the barn and where our small pets live. The entrance is on the ground floor and there is a terrace and a sunbathing lawn.

Our Rosa Alpina (Alpine Rose) apartment is located on the 2nd floor and has an entrance on the ground level, a terrace, a sunbathing lawn and long balconies. It is without architectural barriers and the furniture is suitable for the disabled according to the standards in force.

Information fo booking and holidays
Arrival and departure
Arrival: from 3:00 p.m. (Sunday on request)
Check-out: by 10 a.m. at the latest
Booking:
Please note: Reservations become binding after the payment of a deposit/guarantee of € 150.00 per week. The balance can be paid during the stay, preferably in cash. We don't accept credit cards. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.
Pets
We welcome your dog, for which we charge a one-off fee of € 10.00 (without food) per day. Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.

Cancellation
If for any reason you need to cancel your holiday or leave early, we will apply the cancellation conditions of Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
- Up to 3 months before arrival: free cancellation
- From 3 months up to 4 weeks before arrival we charge 4 days of the confirmed price
- Within the last 4 weeks before your scheduled arrival, we charge 100% of the booked amount.
- In the case of a late arrival or an early departure, the guest will still be required to pay 100% of the price agreed for the days of the stay booked but missed.
- The deposit paid to secure the booking is included in the cancellation amount.
